2003 Gelding by Hollywood Dun It out of a Custom Crome mare
History The Norton’s bought “Woody” from Steven Pyle in Ohio as a three year old. He has been shown in NRHA and AQHA shows as well as ARHA.
Ben likes the horse’s attitude and easy going nature. It enables both Ben to be successful in the open and Kammi to succeed in the amateur events. Thoughts on winning this award: Ben would like to thank Circle BK farm for allowing him the opportunity to train and show Woody. Events competed in: Four & over geldings, ranch cutting, ranch reining, reining working cow horse Special memories: Ben and the Norton’s are very proud of Woody’s accomplishments. Of the five classes required to enter to be eligible for the versatility, Woody and Ben won world championships in three of them and took Reserve in another! In the meantime, Kammi showed the horse in amateur events and placed in the top five in all his events. It was a very busy and successful week for them all.. Future plans: Ben and the Norton’s plan to keep showing Woody in reining and cow horse events.
