ARHA World Show Forms

All entries must be made on printed forms furnished by ARHA (photocopies of the printed form will be accpeted), signed by the proper parties and accompanied by all entry fees.

One entry fee form is required per horse. Entries and/or changes to entries must be submitted in writing.

Entries and /or any changes to entries will not be accepted by phone.

All pre-entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2011 in order to pay pre-entry fees. Entries will be accepted after this date with post entry fees.

Reservationsreceived after June1 are on a first come/first serve basis only.

2011 World Show RV/Campsite Reservation Form

Stall Reservations will be officially accepted beginning June 1. Reservations received prior ro that date will be accepted and given the "postmark" date of
June 1.

Those wishing to be stalled with trainer or another exhibitor must send in their stall reservations together.

Stalls will be reserved under the name of the person making payment.
